Policies

Upon submitting your payment you are agreeing to the following policies and procedures.

Full payment is required to reserve your order, unless otherwise specified. Payment is accepted via square invoice.

Pickup will be at the agreed upon day and time at my residence, unless an alternate location is previously agreed upon. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. Should something arise that prevents you from picking up at the agreed upon time, please let Sugar Cookie Creations know so other arrangements can be made. We are currently offering a $5 delivery fee for orders within a 20 mile radius.

Please note that once an order is placed and payment is made, preparations begin on the design, ingredients, and supplies for your order.

For orders placed 14 days or more in advance: you may cancel up to 24 hours after the order is placed with no amount due. If any payment has been made it will be returned. If you cancel more than 24 hours after placing an order, you will owe the full balance of the order and will not receive a refund for any amount paid.

For orders placed less than 14 days in advance: should you cancel, you will owe the full balance of the order and will not receive a refund for any amount paid.

Should an emergency occur of the part of Sugar Cookie Creations in which your order cannot be completed you will be refunded in full.

ALLERGY WARNING: common kitchen allergens are frequently used within our kitchen. Although guidelines are followed as to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that your order will not come into contact with these allergens which may include but are not limited to: eggs, nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, and/or shellfish. Please notify of any allergies when placing an order. Sugar Cookie Creations is not liable for any allergic reactions should they occur. As a home bakery, Sugar Cookie Creations products and kitchen are not inspected by State or local health departments in NE.
